Introduction

OBC cell is committed to provide an environment that supports diversity, respect everyone regardless of caste or community , ensure protection of everyone including OBC and act as per the provisions of constitution of India in such matters.

Objectives

To ensure provisions for an environment where all such students feel safe and secure.
To handle the issues, meet short and long-term needs of the OBC students.

Responsibilities

To help develop social commitment and to expose the students to get sensitized to social realities and to build a link between the student community and the wider community.
To help students belonging to OBC for their academic and equity development without any discrimination.
To conduct programme for students belonging to OBC to disseminate the scholarship schemes provided by governmental agencies and other sources.
To assist students belonging to OBC for their academic financial support from government and other scholarships.
